What is the Thames Bridges Trek?

Join over 2,000 walkers and trek across the Capital taking in unrivalled views of the skyline, and historic landmarks. Setting out from the Putney Bridge start, you’ll head East towards the City, zig-zagging over the array of 16 historic bridges – each with its own fascinating story – and a mid-point rest stop at The Oval Cricket Ground for some snacks & drinks. 25km later, it’s a party style finish line celebration in Southwark Park past the final crossing – the majestic Tower Bridge.

How do I sign up?

Sign up for the Thames Bridges Trek via the Ultra Challenge website.

You can either choose:

Charity sponsorship – where you pay a small registration fee and fundraise for Launchpad (select us from the drop down menu in the registration options)

OR

Mixed funding for charity – where you pay half of your registration fee, and fundraise a smaller amount for Launchpad

NB: You will be required to have raised 50% of your fundraising target eight weeks before the event as this covers the cost of your participation in the challenge.

How will I be supported as a member of #TeamLaunchpad?

We will be in touch with you after you have registered to support you every step of the way! We can offer you tips on training and lots of fundraising materials, and you’ll get a Launchpad t-shirt and goodies to say thank you for taking part on our behalf.

With the rising cost of living this year, people who are homeless or at risk of losing their home are left extremely vulnerable. By taking on the South Coast Challenge and raising vital funds to support Launchpad’s services, you will be making all the difference to people who are in desperate need of help.
