What is the Mapledurham 10?

The Mapledurham 10 is a scenic, undulating, and well-marshalled trail that runs around the Mapledurham Estate in Reading. In these challenging turns, you will face water, mud and several hills, making it an exhilarating race. With three race distances on offer: the Mapledurham half marathon, 10 miles and 10k, there’s something for everyone!

What happens on the day?

On the day, you can collect your bib in the event village, where there will be an array of treats: local brewery, massage specialists, food vans, etc!

There will be plenty of toilets, a water station on the course, a photographer capturing your free race photos and chip timing, too. Spectators are also very welcome to come and cheer you along!

Complementary mulled wine and mince pies (vegan-friendly) will be available when you finish, and each finisher will be given a medal with your engraved iTAB a few days after.

Day in, day out, Launchpad helps people, couples and families in Reading who are homeless or at risk of losing their homes – and only with your kind support can we continue this vital work. The cost of living crisis continues to leave homeless people extremely vulnerable, and we already see many more in a housing crisis. Every penny you raise when you take on this challenge helps us prevent homelessness in our town.
