What is the Gut Buster?

 The iconic Gut Buster is the best way to end the year; a challenging course complete with water crossings, Roman Walls, fields, footpaths, and a well-deserved mince pie or mulled wine on completion! There are choices of distances, 10km or 10 miles, over beautiful multi-terrain courses.

Day in, day out, Launchpad helps people, couples, and families in Reading who are homeless or at risk of losing their homes – and only with your kind support can we continue this vital work. The cost of living crisis continues to leave homeless people extremely vulnerable, and we already see many more in a housing crisis. Every penny you raise when you take on the Gut Buster helps us prevent homelessness in our town.
