Different ways we can work together
Charity of the year
Nominating Launchpad as your business’ Charity of the Year is a fantastic opportunity to unite staff behind a local cause – while demonstrating your company’s commitment to making a real difference to people in need. Our fundraising team can help you plan and execute a year of fundraising and volunteering activity, supporting you every step of the way
Long-term strategic partnerships
Supporting Launchpad won’t just fulfil your corporate social responsibility (CSR) objectives.
Working together, we can build a long-lasting partnership that will engage staff, and provide
your teams with tangible opportunities to give back to the community and support the most
vulnerable people in our town.
Team challenges and volunteering
Your teams can make a positive impact on the community by using their volunteer hours with Launchpad (and if you let your staff spread their volunteering days into hours across the year, we benefit even more with a regular commitment to volunteering). Whether your staff book a days team challenge working at our allotment to grow fresh produce for the local foodbank, or volunteer to help us at one of our flagship events to raise more funds for our cause, they can make a difference in just a few hours.
Inspiring team talks
If you want to know more about Launchpad, homelessness and our work to support people in need, one of our fundraising team can come to your offices to give a staff talk, or join you virtually over Teams or Zoom. We can offer a quick 15 minutes at a team meeting or something more in-depth over a lunch break – get in touch to book us in!
Payroll Giving
You can offer staff the opportunity to make regular donations to Launchpad through a
workplace giving scheme. Staff whose salary or pension is paid regularly through payroll
(PAYE) can donate directly from their pay packet, and because these donations come out
before tax, they’ll cost the staff member less – and we still benefit! Get in touch for more
information.
